Privacy Policy

CW Consulting Firm (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a mobile application that authenticates with the Wix API to log you in and retrieve your account data for in-app use.

Key point: Your personal information (including any billing address you enter) is stored locally on your device as necessary for the app to function. No data is stored on our cloud servers.

1) Data We Access

  • Wix account basics (after sign-in): member identifier, name, email for in-app display.
  • Profile details you provide (optional): display name preferences.
  • Billing address (optional): if added for purchases/receipts; stored locally on device.
  • Wix session tokens kept on your device to keep you signed in.

We do not collect analytics or advertising identifiers unless you explicitly opt in within the app.

2) How We Use Data

  • Authentication: Log you in with the Wix API and maintain your session locally.
  • Features: Retrieve only the Wix data you’re authorized to access (e.g., bookings/services).
  • Support: If you contact us, we use the info you share to resolve issues.

3) Local Storage & Retention

  • Your data (name, email, optional billing address) and Wix session tokens are stored only on your device.
  • No cloud copy: We do not upload or persist your personal data to our servers.
  • Retention: Data remains until you remove it (clear app data, use “Sign Out & Clear Data”, or uninstall the app).

4) Third-Party Services (Wix)

We use Wix’s official APIs to authenticate and fetch data you’re allowed to access. Your use of Wix is governed by Wix’s own terms and privacy policy.

5) Security

  • We follow platform best practices to protect locally stored data (e.g., secure storage where available).
  • Enhance security with a device passcode/biometric lock and OS updates.

6) Your Choices & Rights

  • View/Update: Edit profile details within the app (where supported).
  • Delete local data: Use “Sign Out & Clear Data”, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app.
  • Revoke access: Manage connected apps/tokens in your Wix account settings.

7) Children’s Privacy

Not intended for children under 13 (or your jurisdiction’s minimum age). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our app or laws change. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, provide additional in-app notice.

This policy describes how the mobile app handles data. It does not replace Wix’s privacy terms for your Wix account.
